Grace Cullen used her creative skills to honour the athletes at this year’s Nova Scotia Special Olympics Summer Games.

Grace was one of a number of students from the Chignecto-Central Regional School Board to compete in a T-shirt design contest for the Special Olympics Summer Games. The Grade 5 student from G.R. Saunders School in Stellarton won first place, designing a shirt that incorporates the spirit, enthusiasm, and positivity of Special Olympics.

Michelin Tire Canada sponsored the contest. Grace is pictured with her teacher, Debbie MacQueen, and Michelin representative, Linda MacLeod.
