On October 21st, students and staff from Central Colchester Junior High showed their school pride by participating in the “Fueling Our Schools” campaign with Circle K, at 7 Robie Street in Truro. Many families, students and staff chose to fuel up the specially marked "CCJHS" pump that directed 2.5 cents from every litre to the school, to a maximum of $2000 for the year. The money collected will be used to directly support important areas of need, including the school Breakfast Program, the Lunch Program, the Life Skills Program and the school Music Program. Keep an eye out for special “Fuel-Up” Nights, when 2.5 cents of each litre of fuel sold will be donated to the school!
