On February 28th, students from North River Elementary School had an amazing learning experience while celebrating African Heritage Month.

Mufaro Chakabuda, founder and CEO of the Maritime Centre for African Dance, held 45 minute workshops for small groups of students throughout the day to educate them about the culture and traditions of Africa.
