Students ready for "Let Me Be Me" Rally!

Students and staff of North Colchester High School and Tatamagouche Elementary School are putting the final preparations in place for their third annual Let Me Be Me Rally in celebration of diversity. Students, staff and community members will join together in a walk from the community field in Tatamagouche to the Creamery Square, where they will hear poems, songs, speakers and other expressions of diversity.  

Date: Friday, June 3, 2016
Time: 12:10 pm start 
Location: Creamery Square, Tatamagouche

Walking route: The walk will start at the community field opposite the high school. From there students from NCHS and Tatamagouche Elementary School will walk through the field, through the library parking lot, continuing along Main Street to Creamery Square.  The rally is expected to finish by 2:00 p.m. with students returning to their respective schools in time for the buses. 

Parents, guardians and community members are encouraged to join in the walk and gather with students at Creamery Square to celebrate the differences that make us all unique! 

Inclement Weather: If there is inclement weather, the walk may be canceled; however, the presentations, music, and entertainment will still go ahead and will take place in the NCHS gymnaisum at 1:00 p.m.
