A Special Board Meeting of the Chignecto-Central Regional School Board will take place this evening in the gymnasium at Pictou Elementary, 350 Wellington Street, Pictou. Start time is 7:00 pm.
The meeting is being held to allow the governing board to receive a presentation from the Northwestern Pictou County School Options Committee, focusing on the SOC's Report and Recommendation submitted to the school board on January 24th. The governing board will also receive a Staff Technical Report, which assesses the options recommended in the SOC Report and Recommendation, as well as the earlier options put forward in the initial Recommendation for Review.
