Primary Registration

CCRCE is now welcoming all incoming Primary students to register for school for September 2021.  To support ongoing safety efforts during COVID-19, we are offering a new online registration system for parents and guardians. Children who reside in the province of Nova Scotia and reach the age of five (5) years on or before December 31, 2021 are eligible for enrolment in the Primary Program beginning September 2021.

To determine your child’s catchment area school, confirmation of residency is required (e.g. Nova Scotia Power bill or other utility bill). Children are expected to register with their catchment area school.

Parents/Guardians will be required to bring the following documents during upcoming Primary Orientations (dates to be announced) at your child’s school:

  • Nova Scotia Health Card
  • Immunization Card
  • Birth Certificate
  •  Proof of residency (e.g. utility bill)

We recognize that personal circumstances may make it difficult for some individuals to complete the registration process online. In this case, please contact your child’s school to register. We are here to support you through this process.

To complete the online Primary registration for September 2021, please fill in and submit the form below.

We ask that you submit your registration at your earliest convenience.

You will receive an electronic message to confirm that your form has been submitted. Your information will be sent to your child’s catchment area school and any further questions can be directed to the school. Your school will be in touch regarding a future date for Primary Orientation, which will be conducted in a COVID-19 appropriate manner.

Thank you and welcome to CCRCE!

Online Registration for Grade Primary is now closed. Please contact your catchment area school directly to register your child for grade Primary.
