Invitation to School Memories Weekend 

Monday, June 26, 2017 – Tatamagouche, NS – Alumni of North Colchester High School and Tatamagouche Elementary are invited to School Memories Weekend, June 30 to July 2. 

The weekend festivities will celebrate the history of both schools, which are slated to close in January, 2018. 

“This is a chance to relive old memories, share experiences and kick up our heels one last time in the halls of these schools,” said Brian Holmes, Principal, Tatamagouche Elementary School. “It’s shaping up to be a fun weekend with something for everyone.”

The schedule of events is as follows:

Friday, June 30

Supper – Royal Canadian Legion, 5 pm to 7 pm

Meet and Greet – NCHS, 7 pm to 9 pm

Kitchen Party – NCHS, 9 pm

Fireworks later in the night at Nelson Park. 

Saturday, July 1

Creamery Square Canada Day Activities – 8 am to 3 pm (visit www.creamerysquare.ca for full details of activities)

Yoga – Community Field, 9 am

Ford Drive One – NCHS, 9 am to 5 pm

Open House – both schools, 2 pm to 4 pm

One Last Dance – NCHS, 7:30 pm

Sunday, July 2

Yoga – Community Field, 9 am

Ecumenical Church Service, 11 am
