Facilities & After-Hours Use
As we are planning for our student and staff return on September 8th, we are also looking at the additional use of our buildings by our community members after school hours.
To ensure we can focus our hours and efforts on our students and staff members, we will not be able to allow facility rentals or usage by community members for the 2020-21 school year. This will help us to keep our foot traffic down within the schools and maintain our disinfected conditions for students and staff in the schools.
At this time, formal after school programs will continue, as well as school-based activities that adhere to COVID-19 health protocols. Those programs (with a proper permit) may use the facilities up until 6pm on weeknights. No weekend use is permitted at this time.
We ask that you please let any inquiring community groups know the schools will not be available for the 2020-21 school year. Operations will contact those community groups where a Facility Use Permit exists.
